Sat. and Sun., July 7 - 8, 2012 Cold Spring Village, Cape May, Cape May County
27th Annual Cape May Antique and Folk Arts Show & Sale

For the past 27 years, antiques dealers from across the Mid-Atlantic region have gathered along Historic Cold Spring Village's shaded, clamshell lanes to display and sell their wares. This summer, the show will be held on two weekends: July 7th - 8th and August 11th - 12th with hours from 9 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday and 10am to 4:30pm on Sunday. The village's restored historic buildings, which date from 1691 to 1912, will be open with historical interpretations and demonstrations of the trades and crafts from the mid-1800s.

Featured items at the show include country and Victorian furniture, silver, ephemera, glass, linens and textiles, pottery, primitives, toys, books, Americana, and more! New for 2012, the Needle Arts Coop is a learning center featuring interactive lessons and information on handmade crafts and skills. Take-home kits and supplies are available for purchase along with specialty items made by local and Village artisans. The Country Store will also be open, featuring a selection of handmade artisan wares, heritage toys, books, preserves and more.

At 2pm on the Saturday of the July show, enjoy Pinelands Bluegrass from the Piney Hollow Drifters; Saturday of the August show will feature the Bob Ferris Orchestra providing big-band entertainment for all ages.

Historic Cold Spring Village is located on Route 9, three miles north of Victorian Cape May and a mile and a half west of the southern terminus of the Garden State Parkway. Admission during the season is $10 for adults and $8 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are admitted free. The Country Store, Needle Arts Coop, Bakery and Ice Cream Parlor are open for business. The Old Grange Restaurant by Tony Clark on Village grounds is open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner.
